Storage: Keep in a cool dry place

Usage: Thoroughly rinse 250g(8oz) rice and soak it for 90-120mins in lukewarm water. Add the soaked rice to 2.5/3 cups of water. Add 1tbs of butter or oil or margarine and salt to taste. Cook on medium heat till the rice absorbs the water. Cover with a tight lid and remove the pan from the fire. Leave to stand for 10-15mins and serve hot with sauce or curry.

Warnings: If the cooked rice is too hard, cook with more water, if the same is soft, cook with less water
